This article pertains to protecting the best interests of our Client. Why is this important? Often times clients are in a bind. They need to sell their home but for some reason their property is still on the market. This is where Anne Owens Rentals & Management comes in. If the property is listed For Sale or For Lease (whichever comes first) Agents are pledged to work together to promote the best interest of their client. We recently had this situation in our office. A property that had been on the market for over a year was turned over to us for Leasing. Within hours of us finding a Renter, the Agent got a viable offer. After consulting with the Owner, we made the decision that it REALLY was in his best interest to sell and NOT to lease. WE were able to work this situation out to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Was it difficult to lose a rental property? YES! But at the end of the day, it was in the best interest of our Client.
